Our darling Rence planted her seeds in the floral industry in 2017 at Flowers and More, a small family owned shop in Evansville, Indiana. Over the course of four years she worked her way up from tidying and organizing supplies to designing her own bouquets. Though Rence spent time studying graphic design, the shapes, scents, and sensory magic of the botanical world ultimately pulled her away from graphics and into the garden.

After establishing herself as a designer, Rence moved into freelance work for several local Indiana shops such as Duet Floral. In 2023 she established Red Daisy with intentions to showcase her artful eye, make the delightful luxury of florals more accessible, and promote garden to table arrangements.

Rence’s true passion lies in making all your flower fairy fantasies come true, no matter how big or small. Her rural Indiana roots instilled in her a love for basking in the beauty of the natural world and cultivating a sustainable garden of her own. Though she loves working large scale projects like weddings, she gets just as excited to curate a weekly selection of arrangements that may land anywhere from your dreamy bedside table to your beau’s kitchen counter.
